Through direct funding, we provide lifesaving access to food, clean water, shelter, medical care, and other essentials.
Families receive funds directly to purchase what they need most—without intermediaries or delays. Our guiding principle is to building relationships. Our volunteers send daily messages of solidarity to families facing unimaginable trauma and danger.
Together, we transform collective power into concrete acts of care.
Names changed to protect the privacy of the families. These are some snippets of everyday life for the 26 families we support in Gaza currently. The availability of basic services, hospitals, food is highly dependent on the trickle of aid allowed in by israel. Since the start of the US-Israel war on Iran, the cost of daily essentials has skyrocketed yet again in Gaza. Daily strikes from israel in spite of a ‘ceasefire’ add further uncertainty and chaos in these unimaginable circumstances.

Extinguishing hunger
Ehsan’s extended family (including his brother’s pregnant wife), a total of 10 people, live in a partially damaged but habitable rented house. They cook on a makeshift baked clay oven. Through our financial support, each month they purchase flour, oil, and medications for Ehsan’s mother, who suffers from bladder and kidney problems. They get water by filling a gallon container daily from a water tanker.

Surviving the ‘ceasefire’
Nasr lives in a destroyed but habitable rental room, along with 10 family members who share the cramped quarters. Through our support, he is able to purchase medicine for his mother’s kidney condition, fresh food for the family, and a battery to power lights so the children can study. He has to buy food daily since there is no refrigeration, and as a result has to keep up with fluctuating prices and aid restrictions.

Rebuilding Shelter
Farah and her four young children were displaced 11 times during the active genocide. In December 2025, her tent was flooded and we raised funds to help her purchase a sturdy, winter-ready replacement. Presently, she pitches this tent on a rented piece of land. We help her with food, rent, and fuel.
